Diesel Engine Emergency Mode in the Event of Software Issues

Practice: The diesel engine runs in idle; the engine speed cannot be changed.
Cause: Faulty pickup transmitter or speed transmitter on the diesel engine.

Definition operating status (5)

0= Emergency mode deactivated.

1= Pickup transmitter on diesel engine PC faulty.
The speed of the diesel engine is invoked via the speed sensor on the diesel engine.
The machine can be operated at maximum hydraulic output.

If you are still not able to adjust the speed of the diesel engine, despite choosing emergency mode 1,
choose emergency mode 2.

2= Speed sensor + pickup transmitter faulty.

The speed of the diesel engine can be adjusted but the maximum hydraulic output is only be set up
to a pre-defined value. The machine can only be operated at reduced maximum hydraulic output

Procedure

Choose field 5 "operating status".

● Press the rotary pulse transmitter (1.6).

● Turn the rotary pulse transmitter (1.6) until
the text in field 5 turns blue.
● Press the rotary pulse transmitter (1.6)
