AFFIDAVIT OF CONFIRMATION OF SUBDIVISION

We, AILEEN P. LUARES, married to FILICISIMO LUARES JR.; JOEFFREY DAILY F. NOBLEZA, single; SHEILA
D. ARROYO, single and of all legal ages, all Filipinos, and with residence and postal address at Brgy.
San Juan, Libmanan, Camarines Sur, on our own volition, declare as follows:

That we are co-owners of a parcel of land Lot 7942 PORTION IDENTICAL TO LOT 15066-A PORT.,
Psc-42, Libmanan Cadastre, situated at Barangay San Juan, Libmanan, Camarines Sur. Containing an
Area of FORTY THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FORTY-EIGHT & TWENTY (40, 648.20) sq.m. more or less,
Covered by Tax. Dec. No. 2016-18-057-00107 more particularly described as follows;

“A parcel of land Lot 7942 PORTION IDENTICAL TO LOT 15066-A, Psc-


42, Libmanan Cadastre, situated in the barrio of San Juan, Mun.
of Libmanan, Prov. Of Camarines Sur, Island of Luzon. Bounded on
the NORTH: NW: Lot 7942 PORTIONS, EXISTING TRAIL (5.00 M WIDE) &
NATIONAL ROAD and by the EAST: LOTS 7942-A & 7957 and by the
SOUTH: LOT 7956, all are covered by Psc-42, covered by Tax Dec.
No. 2016-18-057-00107, Containing an area of FORTY THOUSAND SIX
HUNDRED FORTY-EIGHT & TWENTY (40, 648.20) sq.m. more or less.
That we decided to terminate our co-ownership over the said parcel of land and for that
purpose we hired the services of a duly licensed Geodetic Engineer to subdivide the same and pursuant
to the subdivision plan, we hereby agree and confirm to the following designation of shares to wit;

Lot 15066-A1 of the subdivision plan for approval with an area of ONE HUNDRED SIXTY (4, 774)
sq.m.,more or less to AILEEN P. LUARES married to FILICISIMO LUARES JR.;

Lot 15066-A2 of the subdivision plan for approval with an area of TWO HUNDRED (274) sq.m., more or
less to DAILY F. NOBLEZA, single;

Lot 15066-A3 of the subdivision plan for approval with an area of TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY (270) sq.m.,
more or less to SHEILA D. ARROYO, single;

That we hereby agree and confirm to the above subdivision and hereby waived and renounced any
discrepancy in area as indicated on the subdivision plan reflecting the actual area as surveyed by the
hired Geodetic Engineer. That we are requesting the honorable Registry of Deeds of Camarines Sur, to
issue our respective TCT’s upon payment of legal fees thereof.
