A RESOLUTION CONCURRING THE APPOINTMENT OF SANGGUNIANG

KABATAAN TREASURER OF BARANGAY CAHAYAGAN, CARMEN, AGUSAN DEL
NORTE

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 13 (f) Chapter II of RA 10742, the SK Treasurer shall be

appointed by the SK Chairperson with the concurrence of the SK Members;

WHEREAS, Ms. SHAINA MAE ENOT is appointed as the SK Treasurer subject for the
concurrence of this Body;

WHEREAS, Ms. SHAINA MAE ENOT possesses all the qualifications and none of the
disqualifications to the position as the SK Treasurer of this barangay;
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of HON. LOUIE C. PAQUIBOT and duly seconded by the
august body be it.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to the Development Bank

of the Philippines (DBP) Butuan Branch, for their information.

APPROVED AND ADOPTED UNANIMOUSLY.
