19/06/2024 to Journey to Samdrupjongkher then to Dewathang Geog center
20/06/2024 where the Audit plan are shared and discussed for on-field
Audit and its requirements with geog Extension and team
member. Prepared for audit and communicated to the field.
21/06/2024 to In the first day the audit team met with the Rekhey rangzhin
22/06/2024 sonam detshen’s executive member and group member and
verified on the documents such as ICS manual and Farmers
Diary.
Next day visited the farmers field and verifies the field
requirement as per the BOS 02 2022 and BFDA-CS-02.
23/06/2024 Return back to station
