Before I talk about the habits I have, lets ask the question "what is a habit?".

Well, a habit is something


that we do often or regularly without thinking about it.This can be a morning wake-
up routine, which is triggered
by our alarm clock. Upon hearing the alarm clock ringing, we are triggered to wake-
up from our bed then proceed into
a normal routine. A habit can be important in our life, as it can determine our
accomplishments. Not all habits are
beneficial to us. There are two types of habits, bad habits and good habits.It’s
important to know the difference
between good habits and bad habits. Everyone has both good and bad habits including
me. Good habits are very important in
life. We get our good habits during childhood and they stay with us till the end.
Good habits are very important to be
successful in life. A person with good habits makes steady progress in studies,
personal life, and all. Good habits can
also make us healthy. For instance, if we wake up every morning and go on a walk,
this can increase our health as well
as our mental well-being. On the other hand, bad habits are the opposite and they
make us ill and unhealthy. Here are
good habits that I have: going to bed early and waking up early, always being
polite towards other people, being respectful
to elders, teachers, and friends, constantly learning, getting at least 8 hours of
sleep, etc. Now, here are some examples
of bad habits that I have: wearing headphones for too many hours, eating fast food,
saying "yes" too easily/too often, etc.
Even though it’s much easier to get bad habits than to get good ones, I try to get
break my bad habits as much as I can.
