1 LOGICTICS
1.1 Pre Requisites
This section describes the initial steps for accessing the logistics module in detail.
In order to operate logistics module in the intended manner, following Pre-Requisites must be
fulfilled:
System Network Connection
Connection with Data Center
Server is up and running
Google Chrome Browser (Version 70-75).
1. Launch application in any supported browser. The Log in page will appear on the screen. Enter
User ID, Password and click on Sign In button as shown in Figure 1.
2. Upon clicking Sign In, SCM Dashboard will appear as shown in Figure 2.
User has the option to add a new fleet type by clicking on the add button located on the upper left
corner, as shown in Figure 5.
Filling the form and submitting it will add a new fleet type, as shown in Figure 6.
User have option to edit existing record. Upon clicking edit button user will have loaded form to edit the
information as shown in figure 08 and figure 09.
After clicking the above mentioned edit button, a data loaded from will appear, user will be able to change
data and click on save button.
User has the option to add a new fleet list by clicking on the add button located on the upper left
corner, as shown in Figure 11.
After filling the form record new record will be added, as shown in Figure 48.
User have option to edit existing record. Upon clicking edit button user will have loaded form to edit
the information as shown in figure 13 and figure 14.
After clicking the above mentioned edit button, a data loaded from will appear, user will be able to change
data and click on save button.
User has the option to add a new driver vehicle allocation by clicking on the add button located on
the upper left corner, as shown in Figure 16.
Filling the form and submitting will add a new record will be added, as shown in Figure 17.
User have option to edit existing record. Upon clicking edit button user will have loaded form to edit
the information as shown in figure 18 and figure 19.
After clicking the above mentioned edit button, a data loaded from will appear, user will be able to change
data and click on save button.
User has the option to add a new driver by clicking on the add button located on the upper left corner,
as shown in Figure 21.
Filling the form and submitting will add a new record, as shown in Figure 22.
User have option to edit existing record. Upon clicking edit button user will have loaded form to edit
the information as shown in figure 23 and figure 24.
After clicking the above mentioned edit button, a data loaded from will appear, user will be able to change
data and click on save button.
User has the option to add a new vehicle list by clicking on the add button located on the upper left
corner, as shown in Figure 26.
Filling the form and submitting will add a new record, as shown in Figure 27.
User have option to edit existing record. Upon clicking edit button user will have loaded form to edit
the information as shown in figure 28 and figure 29.
After clicking the above mentioned edit button, a data loaded from will appear, user will be able to change
data and click on save button.
User have option to add and view vehicle movement details by clicking the button against the vehicle list.
User has option to add vehicle movement details by clicking the button mentioned in figure 31.
A form will appear to add vehicle movement record. User will add all required details to submit vehicle
movement record.
User have option to View the added vehicle movement record, by clicking on icon mentioned in Figure 33.
When user click on above mentioned button, a data loaded form will appeared to view the information of
vehicle movement record.
User has the option to add a new vehicle type by clicking on the add button located on the upper left
corner, as shown in Figure 34.
Filling the form and submitting will add a new approval authority, as shown in Figure 48.
User have option to edit existing record. Upon clicking edit button user will have loaded form to edit
the information as shown in figure 38 and figure 39.
After clicking the above mentioned edit button, a data loaded from will appear, user will be able to change
data and click on save button.
User has the option to add a new color configuration by clicking on the add button located on the
upper left corner, as shown in Figure 41.
Filling the form and submitting will add a new record, as shown in Figure 42.
User have option to edit existing record. Upon clicking edit button user will have loaded form to edit
the information as shown in figure 43 and figure 44.
After clicking the above mentioned edit button, a data loaded from will appear, user will be able to change
data and click on save button.
User has the option to add a new fuel logs by clicking on the add button located on the upper left
corner, as shown in Figure 46.
Filling the form and submitting will add a new record, as shown in Figure 47.
User have option to edit existing record. Upon clicking edit button user will have loaded form to edit
the information as shown in figure 48 and figure 49.
After clicking the above mentioned edit button, a data loaded from will appear, user will be able to change
data and click on save button.
To view reimbursement details, user have option to view details by clicking the mentioned button below.
After clicking the above mentioned button user will be able to view Reimbursement details. See Figure 51.
User have option to Request for fuel reimbursement, mentioned button in Figure 52.
User has the option to add a new fuel station by clicking on the add button located on the upper left
corner, as shown in Figure 55.
Filling the form and submitting will add a new record, as shown in Figure 56.
User have option to edit existing record. Upon clicking edit button user will have loaded form to edit
the information as shown in figure 57 and figure 58.
After clicking the above mentioned edit button, a data loaded from will appear, user will be able to change
data and click on save button.
User has the option to add a new vehicle type by clicking on the add button located on the upper left
corner, as shown in Figure 60.
Filling the form and submitting will add a new record, as shown in Figure 61.
User have option to edit existing record. Upon clicking edit button user will have loaded form to edit
the information as shown in figure 62 and figure 63.
After clicking the above mentioned edit button, a data loaded from will appear, user will be able to change
data and click on save button.
Reimbursement list shows the status reimbursement request. See Figure 64.
User has the option to add a new daily inspection by clicking on the add button located on the upper
left corner, as shown in Figure 68.
Filling the form and submitting will add a new record, as shown in Figure 69.
User have option to edit existing record. Upon clicking edit button user will have loaded form to edit
the information as shown in figure 70 and figure 71.
After clicking the above mentioned edit button, a data loaded from will appear, user will be able to change
data and click on save button.
User has the option to add a new un-scheduled maintenance by clicking on the add button located on
the upper left corner, as shown in Figure 73.
Filling the form and submitting will add a new record, as shown in Figure 74.
User have option to edit existing record. Upon clicking edit button user will have loaded form to edit
the information as shown in figure 75 and figure 76.
After clicking the above mentioned edit button, a data loaded from will appear, user will be able to change
data and click on save button.
User has the option to add a new routine maintenance by clicking on the add button located on the
upper left corner, as shown in Figure 78.
Filling the form and submitting will add a new record, as shown in Figure 79.
User have option to edit existing record. Upon clicking edit button user will have loaded form to edit
the information as shown in figure 80 and figure 81.
After clicking the above mentioned edit button, a data loaded from will appear, user will be able to change
data and click on save button.
User has the option to add a new manage maintenance list by clicking on the add button located on
the upper left corner, as shown in Figure 83.
Filling the form and submitting will add a new record, as shown in Figure 84.
User have option to edit existing record. Upon clicking edit button user will have loaded form to edit
the information as shown in figure 85 and figure 86.
After clicking the above mentioned edit button, a data loaded from will appear, user will be able to change
data and click on save button.
User has the option to add a new car workshop by clicking on the add button located on the upper
left corner, as shown in Figure 88.
Filling the form and submitting will add a new record, as shown in Figure 89.
User have option to edit existing record. Upon clicking edit button user will have loaded form to edit
the information as shown in figure 90 and figure 91.
After clicking the above mentioned edit button, a data loaded from will appear, user will be able to change
data and click on save button.
When you click on Logistics transient under task and scheduling, a list will appear. This list reveals
the Logistics transient list, as shown in Figure 92.
User has the option to add a new schedule list by clicking on the add button located on the upper left
corner, as shown in Figure 91.
Filling the form and submitting will add a new record, as shown in Figure 95.
User have option to print existing record. Upon clicking print button user will have loaded form to
print the information as shown in figure 96 and figure 97.
User has the option to add a new route management by clicking on the add button located on the
upper left corner, as shown in Figure 99.
Filling the form and submitting will add a new record, as shown in Figure 100.
User have option to edit existing record. Upon clicking edit button user will have loaded form to edit
the information as shown in figure 101 and figure 102.
After clicking the above mentioned edit button, a data loaded from will appear, user will be able to change
data and click on save button.
User has the option to add a new task type by clicking on the add button located on the upper left
corner, as shown in Figure 104.
Filling the form and submitting will add a new record, as shown in Figure 105.
User have option to edit existing record. Upon clicking edit button user will have loaded form to edit
the information as shown in figure 106 and figure 107.
After clicking the above mentioned edit button, a data loaded from will appear, user will be able to change
data and click on save button.
User has the option to add a new add scheduling by clicking on the add button located on the upper
left corner, as shown in Figure 109.
Filling the form and submitting will add a new record, as shown in Figure 110.
User have option to edit existing record. Upon clicking edit button user will have loaded form to edit
the information as shown in figure 111 and figure 112.
After clicking the above mentioned edit button, a data loaded from will appear, user will be able to change
data and click on save button.
User has the option to add a new task configuration by clicking on the add button located on the
upper left corner, as shown in Figure 66.
Filling the form and submitting will add a new record, as shown in Figure 115.
User have option to edit existing record. Upon clicking edit button user will have loaded form to edit
the information as shown in figure 116 and figure 117.
After clicking the above mentioned edit button, a data loaded from will appear, user will be able to change
data and click on save button.
User has the option to add a new gate pass approval configuration by clicking on the add button
located on the upper left corner, as shown in Figure 116.
Filling the form and submitting will add a new approval authority, as shown in Figure 48.
User have option to edit existing record. Upon clicking edit button user will have loaded form to edit
the information as shown in figure 121 and figure 122.
After clicking the above mentioned edit button, a data loaded from will appear, user will be able to change
data and click on save button.
User has the option to add a new gate pass by clicking on the add button located on the upper left
corner, as shown in Figure 124.
Filling the form and submitting will add a new record, as shown in Figure 125.
User have option to print existing record. Upon clicking print button user will have loaded form to
print the information as shown in figure 126 and figure 127.
