Job Description – Specialist

As a Specialist, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve simple business
issues from strategy to execution. The skills and responsibilities for this level include but are not
limited to:
● Invite and give in the moment feedback in a constructive manner.

● Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise.
● Handle, manipulate and analyze data and information responsibly.

Role Description:
● Preparation of Individual Tax Returns.
● Attentive participation in training modules for the same
● Responsible for self-review of deliverables before handing them to Senior Associate /
Manager
● Utilize available tax technical resources to enhance international tax knowledge
● Attention to detail, deadline oriented and able to manage time
● Respects and maintains confidentiality of client, staff, and firm information

Required Skillset:
● Qualification: Graduation/Postgraduation should be B. Com / BBA / BBM / BMS / MBA/Mcom
● Score Cut Off: 50% across academics (10th, +2, UG, PG)
● Experience (if applicable): 0 - 12 months of experience (US Tax experience is not mandatory-
Enrolled Agent added advantage)
● Good knowledge in Accounting, Finance and Taxation
● Good Communication & Analytical skills
