• Review design drawings, specifications, and other technical documents to ensure compliance with project
requirements, codes, and standards.
• Proactively identify and resolve design clashes across various trades to prevent conflicts during
construction.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve design issues and provide technical
guidance throughout the construction process.
• Conduct on-site inspections to assess the quality of workmanship and adherence to design
specifications.
• Communicate effectively with project teams to relay design feedback, address concerns, and ensure
timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of design changes, approvals, and project correspondence.
Qualifications:
• Licensed Architect
• Proven experience in construction site design management, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with
multidisciplinary teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance.
