Introduction
Crabs, both fresh and marine, are a great source of numerous essential
elements for human health. Crab flesh and innovative processed items
derived from crabs are highly sought after due to their distinct flavor and
mouthwatering texture; as a result, demand for them is steadily rising in
both the domestic and international markets.
All ages, from young children to adults, like cookies as a common snack.
Their texture, comfort, look, and taste make them treasured (Gouveia,
Batista, Miranda, Empis, & Raymundo, 2007). According to Nagi, Kaur, Dar,
and Sharma (2012), cookies possess several advantages over other baked
goods, including a lower water content, an extended shelf life, and a
reasonable price. Because cookies can be blended with different food
items or supplements, they can be utilized to boost children's nutrition,
including dietary fiber, protein, and other functional objectives (Sulieman
et al., 2019). Cookies are also affordable, digestible, and convenient.

Our Product Process
Preheat oven before starting to cook.
First, steam the crab meat for 20 minutes by steaming the crab until it is fully
cooked. After that, get the crab meat inside and shred it to pieces while putting
it in a bowl
In a large mixing bowl, add the butter, egg, brown sugar, white sugar and vanilla
together. Once added mix them together with a mixer or simply a fork
After mixing the rest, add the dry ingredients such as flour, cornstarch, and
baking soda. Mix them well together until the rest is combined.
Once the cookie batter is finished, add the crab meat and the rest of the
additives while mixing them with the dough.
After that is done, form light balls from the dough and place them in the baking sheet.
To make sure it doesn’t stick, place parchment paper in the pan or spread a small
amount of lard in the pan.
Bake for 11-20 minutes or until golden brown. After it’s cooked, cool them for 10-15
minutes.
