INRODUCTION
In our project “ FABRICATION OF WATER SAVING SYSTEM ”, is
fully automation project. The IR sensor is fixed to the supporting angle .
The IR sensor is used to detect the obstacle, and giving control signal to
the control unit. The control unit activates the relay unit. The solenoid valve
(Tape Open/Close Valve) is connected to the relay circuit.

The solenoid valve is open the water flow pipe , when the relay is
ON so that the water comes out and waste water was controlled
automatically.

The block diagram of Automatic water saving system as shown in fig.

The main blocks of the projects are IR sensor unit, Control unit and
Solenoid Valve,water flow pipe .
 ADVANTAGES

 This project is Low cost Automation Project

 Easy to Install and accuracy is high
 Power Consumption is Low

DISADVANTAGES

 Additional Cost is required to install this system

 Sensor sensing distance is low
