Objective

To ensure that the Cleaning Procedure as detailed in the SOP is effective i.e removes all residues up to a
predetermined acceptance level, and that there is no possibility of any resultant cross contamination, remove
cleaning agent used for cleaning propose and remove all microoraganism upto predetermined acceptance level
i.e. there is no possibility of Microbiological Contamination.

Scope
Applicable to all equipments in production department where manufacturing process is carried out.

Responsibility
Person involved in cleaning equipment, Production Officer, Quality Control Officer, Quality Assurance Officer.

Authority
Production Officer, Quality Control Officer, Quality Assurance Officer is directly responsible for the final
authority of implementation of this SOP strictly.
