Thank you for the E-Mail. I have checked with our Export & logistics team and the Isolator
was dispatched on Tuesday 30th April.

We are expecting delivery to be with you for Monday / Tuesday next week. Please keep an
eye out should any customs be in touch regarding delivery.

The plan was to come over and install the Isolator system for you and carry out the internal
training soon. While we were over we were hoping to measure up all of the other systems.

We would require an official PO to cover this work, as was discussed with Mike last week. We
are against the clock to meet with your end of July deadlines.

Yes we can provide Flexible room enclosures / door enclosures / airlocks. Can you share
more details if possible as to your exact requirements ?

Good Morning Giuseppe,

Thank you for your hospitality towards Mike on Wednesday, much appreciated. Mike has
relayed everything that was discussed during the site visit.

Please find attached quotations 18208 & 18209, for your consideration.

We have applied a 10% discount to both quotations to assist you with placing the order with
ONFAB.

Our payment terms are as follows; 40% Advance (Upon receipt of your official PO), 30%
Upon delivery & 30% Upon Installation.

Mike mentioned that ideally you need the Isolator systems installed and fully operational by
the end of July 2024. This effectively gives us 12 weeks from now.

Please can you raise your official PO to cover both quotations ASAP.

The Isolator that you recently ordered ONFAB 7182 (Your PO: PUAA030632) will shortly be
ready for dispatch.

The plan is to send over engineers to Insall Isolator system ONFAB 7182 and then measure
up all of the new systems as quoted.

We can then get to work with all the required engineering work our end, before we can go
into manufacture.

We will of course share all of the Isolator General Arrangements with you for your drawing
approval, prior to going into manufacture.

It will be tight, but if we can get the ball rolling right away, then it is achievable.
