THIS DOCUMENT SERVES AS AN AGREEMENT THAT THE CONSIGNEE MUST

FOLLOW ALL THE FOLLOWING BBCM RULES AND GUIDELINES

Distance and Survey

1. Global Positioning System (GPS) will be used to measure the official location of the lofts
of the registered members approved by the club committee.
2. The club committee must always be informed of any changes in the loft location of the
members.
3. Any falsification regarding loft distances shall automatically ban the member involved
from participating in all the club races.

Ring Bands
1. All birds that will be entered in the races must be attached with the recognized regulation
sized band. Birds without the recognized bands shall not be allowed to join any of the
club’s races.
2. The club shall not be responsible for any lost or damaged bands that are already issued to
the fanciers.

Race Rules and Guidelines

1. All participating birds must return to their respective registered loft owners.
2. Fanciers must own all the birds that he/she will be entering into the races.
3. Fanciers and loft owners with unsettled accounts shall not be allowed to join any of the
club races until their accounts are fully settled.
4. BBCM shall not responsible to any incident that may happen to the participating birds
once they are inside the racing boxes/crates.
5. Race schedules are subject to change prior to the official race due to any untoward
circumstances such as, but not limited to unfavorable weather conditions, race point
location, or any similar circumstances that may affect the release of the participating
birds.
6. Standard hold over time is 9 AM until the same time the following day. If the organizers
decides that due to whatever circumstances that there will be no possibility of release,
the current lap shall be declared cancelled and the race will proceed to the next lap
assigned.

ANY ACTUAL OR ATTEMPTED THEFT, FRAUD, AND/OR ANY FORM OF

CHEATING BY THE PARTICIPANT SHALL RESULT TO PERMANENT BANNING
FROM ALL EVENTS.
