1. Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of early retirement.

- Introduction: In modern society, with the increasing standard of living among people,
there is a tendency of retiring earlier than the required age. While some people believe
that this trend brings about advantages for humans and society, I am of the opinion that
there are both advantages and disadvantages behind it and this essay will mention these.

- Body:

 Advantages: + Derive benefit to our health

+ You can still work  make a living
+ More opportunities to younger generation (More active,
flexible,..). For example, in technology-related jobs, many older workers who are
old-fashioned and unadaptable to the latest technological innovations should be
replaced by the younger.

 Disadvantages: + Reduction in the family income (worse when it comes to the

family with poorer background)
+ If there are too many people retiring at a young age, there will
be a shortage of employment  bad effects for economy and society
+ In some places, healthcare costs are often higher for early
retirees
- Conclusion: In conclusion, every trend has its own two-side effects. Thus, for these
above-mentioned reasons, I recommend that people should be aware of them and
have the best choice for themselves.

2. Some people want to live in a house while others prefer living in an apartment. Does living in
house bring more advantages than living in an apartment?

- Introduction: In this modern world, there are multiple infrastructures available for
accommodation. Owing to this, few say living in a house that has loads of benefits while others
would like to stay in an apartment rather than a row house. From my point of view, living in a
building, although have two certain disadvantages, brings about many advantages which are
much more dominant.

- Body:

 Advantages: +Improve the relationship quality (people get more socially

connected to know each other by organizing events, festival celebrations, getting
to gather,…)
 +it is a more secure option over individual houses (For ex, the
unknown or delivery person cannot enter the society premises without getting
permission from the security)
+ much more convenience ( The modern building is well designed
to consider the most advantageous services for residents such as pharmacy,
supermarket,…)
 Disadvantages: + you cannot maintain your privacy because of
overcrowdedless space for relaxing
+ noise pollution (from the elevater, neighborhood, vehicles,…)

- Conclusion: In conclusion, it is true that row houses are more comfortable and provide
more freedom. Nevertheless, to be concerned carefully, we are likely to get a more joyful and
creative life staying in apartments in every aspect.
