SCOPE OF WORK (intermediate overhaul 16000 hours) DAY 10

1. During the installation of rocker arm studs, it was detected that the thread for the studs seats was damaged on cylinder
head No.6. It is not possible to tighten the screw stud. It was decided not to use cylinder head No.6 for safety reasons.
Cooling water drained again, and CH was dismantled. The old cylinder head was disassembled, and cleaning was started.

2. According to the instruction manual, connecting rod nuts were tightened with a nominal pressure of 750 bars.

3. The rocker's arms were installed and tightened according to the instruction manual with a torque of 150Nm. The tappet
clearance was adjusted to Intake 0.5 mm and Exhaust 0.9mm. The old fuel injectors were installed. Unfortunately, the open
pressure adjustment was not done as the test pressure pump was out of order.
