SCOPE OF WORK (Main Engine roller guide replacement, Unit No3) DAY 3

1. Unit No. 3's top cover, barrel, pump housing, pump base, and sealing housing were dismantled. During dismantling,
unscrewed bolts and nuts of the sealing cup with ring holder and retaining ring were found, and the o-ring was damaged.

2. The roller guide was dismantled and found full of sludge. All inlet pipes were disconnected, and the roller guide bushing was
dismantled.

3. During the installation of the reversing mechanism, it was found that it did not have full motion due to the shape of the inner
surface of the new roller guide bushing. The inner shape was corrected by grinding. For more details, please find the photo below.

4. A new roller guide bushing and roller guide were installed.

5. The pump housing, new plunger, and barrel were installed. The sealing cup was assembled with new o-rings and tightened
with "Loctite 242".
