i) 1/2 p - 2/5 q + 1/7 r

ii) 4p - 2q + r.

4. If y = 3 , find the value of 2y, 8y, 16y, 12y.

5. Write the greatest 7-digit number in both numerals and words.

6. Find the cost of one table :-

i) If the cost of 6 tables is Rs 900;

ii) If the cost of y tables is Rs x.

7. Evaluate 7a + b when :- (i) a = 5, b = 6 (ii) b = 0 a = 7
