The EMI comprises of principal and interest calculated based on monthly rest at the rate applicable, which is rounded off to the next higher rupee on the
total disbursement done as on date. For any further disbursement in the loan account the EMI will be changed accordingly.
AHFL may at its sole discretion alter the rate of interest, suitably and prospectively under unforeseen or extraordinary changes in the money market
conditions.
The loan tenure is subject to variation as a consequence to a change in the money market condition resulting in change in the RPLR and thus the
change in repayment tenure. AHFL in such a situation as mentioned shall have right to review the loan tenure in such a manner and to such extent as it
may deem fit. You shall however continue to pay the EMIs as indicated without any intimation from AHFL

However, if the EMI would lead to negative amortisation (i.e EMI not being adequate to cover monthly interest in full) AHFL shall increase the quantum
of EMI amount and you shall be then required to pay the increased EMI.
