2 PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES AND 3 PERSONAL QUALITIES THAT YOU THINK IS ESSENTIAL TO HAVE AS

A TEACHER.

The world we have surrounds with ignorance, injustice, and inequality. Infants are born with innocents
and children are victims of unready parents. Improving the society needs the help of professionals
specially teachers, because they are one who are imparting knowledge, trained to teach, nature is to
help, and teach about what one needs in life.

I chose the General understanding of other branches or fields of knowledge and

understanding the learner in qualities of a professonalism because those qualities

are the things that I wanted to master as a professional. Being knowledgeable to

answer my student's question cleverly could make me earn their interest and trust.

On the other hand, I do not want to forget how to understand my learners. Being

knowledgeable could make us forget sometimes that we also need to look in other

people's perspective, consider their opinions, and find their reasons of acting up. For

the qualities, along with the professionalism are the Creativity, Admitting Mistakes,

and most importantly, being Compassionate. As a person, I wanted to be creative as

possible because for me, Art reflects life and the escape to reality. Colors are part of

life and symbolizes emotions. Along my journey, things will change and life will be

bearable as I become tougher but even with that, I do not want to forget to be

compassionate and to accept critism. Understanding the world and still accepting

what to change is part of life and part of who we will be.

Professionalism comes with rightiousness while Personal qualities comes with

kindness. In conclusion, as a teacher, being right and kind should be balance. The

qualities are just standard that should be showed. Nevertheless, teachers have their

own ways to be called as professionals and have they own ways to be called as

Second Parents. Teachers are teachers, we have our own qualities, uniqueness, and

own kind of love. What is essential for a teacher is her passion, love in teaching,

and her compassion to children because that what makes you an effective teacher

who will be loved by her students.
