the presence of 28% myeloblasts, with marker expression as listed in table. Alongside, 20% monocytic
population. The findings are consistent with acute myeloid leukemia with monocytic component
(FAB-M4). For correlation with bone marrow cytomorphology and cytogenetic analysis
