EXECUTIVE ORDER NO.07

SERIES OF 2023

“AN ORDER RE ORGANIZING A COMPOSITION OF BARANGAY ROAD CLEARING DEMOLITION TASK

FORCE OF BARANGAY DANLUGAN, BUUG, ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY.”

WHEREAS, DILG Memorandum Circular 2019 – 121 directing LGUs to clear roads of illegal structures and
constructions;
WHEREAS, various illegal road structures, constructions and obstructions and illegal parking of vehicles are
visible in the areas;
WHEREAS, a 60 – day deadline for the implementation has been set by the memorandum circular 121;

WHEREAS, supplemental issuance of Memorandum Circular No. 2019-167 to ensure continuity,

sustainability, monitoring and evaluation of Road Clearing Operation;
NOW THEREFORE, I JIMMY M. CASAS, Punong Barangay of Barangay Danlugan Buug, Zamboanga
Sibugay, by virtue of power vested in me by Law, do hereby order the creation of Barangay Road
Clearing Demolition Task Force of this barangay;
SECTION 1. COMPOSITION of the Road Clearing Demolition Task Force shall composed of the following;

Team Leader: Rolie C. Alolor Barangay Kagawad

Leader: Alex A. Lagare Barangay Chief Tanod
Member : Florida Alcala Barangay Kagawad
Member: Jehan Dungog Barangay Kagawad
Member: Analilia D. Pepania Barangay Kagawad
Member: Rommel M. Benaro Barangay Kagawad
Member: Janequil L. Lamorinas Barangay Kagawad
Member: Anecito I. Tagbo Barangay Kagawad
Member: Noel Silva Brgy. Tanod Purok 1
Member: Raniel Pantalita Brgy. Tanod Purok 2
Member: Edello Lagradilla Brgy. Tanod Purok 3
Member: Reynan C. Alolor Brgy. Tanod Purok 4

Section II – Duties and Functions; The Barangay Mabuhay Road Clearing Demolition Task Force shall have the
following duties and responsibilities”.
1. Remove, demolish all Illegal structures, contractions, obstructions along barangay road from P-1 to P-7.
2. Remove all illegally parked vehicles.
3. Load and transport all demolished items and waste to a designated area.
4. Coordinates with the Punong Barangay, Municipal Mayor and MLGOO.
5. Conduct Inventory of roads.
6. Submit required reports to concerned offices.
7. Monitor reclaimed roads.
SECTION III. EFFECTIVITY – This order shall take immediately.

ISSUED this 4th Day of December 2023, at the Office of the Punong Barangay of Barangay Danlugan, Buug,
Zamboanga Sibugay.
