project costs to form an end-to-end billing process. TRAINING UNITS
0.5
Through hands-on activities, you will learn how to set up and
configure a billable project. You will also review and perform
necessary billing tasks to process billable project transactions. Lastly, you will use key reports to
monitor billable projects.

Professional Services Automation (PSA) organizations bill their customers for project-related
costs by using billable projects. Billable projects use information from customer contracts and
Workday Projects to create an end-to-end billing and revenue recognition process.

Project managers who collect and associate time and expense costs with the project should
take the Projects course. Project Billing is appropriate for project managers who bill project
costs back to a customer.
