Hitting vital points of the


body as targets by means of
slashing, thrusting and
stabbing actions: all
techniques are performed
with fighting stance.
VITAL POINTS
1. Left temple
2. Right temple
3. Left shoulder
4. Right shoulder
5. Stomach
6. Left chest
7. Right chest
8. Left Knee
9. Right Knee
10. Left eye
11. Right eye
12. Head/Crown

1. Left Temple Strike - raise the
arm with the baston and position
the hand at the back of the ear.
The baston should be pointing
backward. Swing the baston
inward to the opponent's left
temple.

2. Right Temple Strike-
position the hand holding the
baston above the left shoulder
and the tip of the baston
pointing the back. Swing the
baston forward to strike the
opponent's right temple.

3. Left Shoulder Strike-
position the hand holding the
baston at the back of the right
ear with the palm facing inside
the tip of the baston pointing
to the back. Swing the baston
forward to strike the
opponent's shoulder.

4. Right Shoulder Strike-
position the hand holding
the baston above the left
shoulder and the tip of the
baston pointing
background. Swing the
baston forward to strike the
opponents right shoulder.

5. Stomach Thrust- draw
back the hand holding the
baston while the tip should
be pointing forward. Thrust
the baston forward using the
tip of the cane as a striking
surface.

6. Left Chest Thrust- position the
hand holding the baston above the
right shoulder with the palm facing
outside and the tip of the baston
pointing forward. Thrust the baston
to the opponents chest using the tip
as a striking surface

7. Right Chest Thrust- position the hand
holding the baston near the left shoulder
with the palm facing inside and the tip of
the baston pointing forward. Thrust the
baston to the opponent's chest with the tip
as striking surface.

8. Left Knee Attack- position
the hand holding the baston

and the tip of the baston
pointing backward. Swing the
baston downward to strike the
opponent's knee.

9. Right Knee Strike-
position the hand holding the
baston near the right ear with
the palm facing inside and
the tip of the baston pointing
backward. Swing the baston
downward to skrike the
opponent's right knee.

10 Left Eye Thrust- position
the hand holding the baston
near the right ear with the
palm facing outside and the
tip of the baston pointing
forward. Thrust the baston
towards the opponent's left
eye with the tip as a striking
surface

11. Right Eye Thrust-
Position the hand holding the
baston near the left ear with
the palm facing iside and the
tip of the baston pointing
forward. Thrust the baston
toward the opponent's right
eye with the tip of the baston
as a striking surface.

12. Head or Crown Strike-
Raise the hand holding the
baston above the head with
the tip of the baston pointing
the back. Swing the baston
forward to strike opponent's
crown
