1. The petitioner begs to submits that he is stand charged for

an offence U/s and the same is pending before this
Hon’ble Court.
2. It is submitted that the petitioner was not able to appear
before this Hon’ble Court. Since, they / he is/were suffering from illness.
Their/His absences is neither willful nor wanton. This Hon’ble Court
issued N.B.W. as against the accused. Today they/he present before this
Hon’ble Court and they undertake to appear before this Hon’ble Court
regularly in future.

3. It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to

recall the N.B.W. as against the petitioners /Accused and pass necessary
orders.
