offence. The accused is/are wrongly implicated.
3. That the said offence is/are Bailable/ Non-Bailable in nature.
4. That the accused is/are law abiding citizen and the accused will not abscond.
The liberty of the accused is essential to arrange for the defense.
5. That the accused is/are ready to furnish the substantial sureties to the
satisfaction of this Hon’ble Court to enlarge the accused on bail.

6. It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to order the
release of the petitioner/ Accused on Bail pending disposal of the case on such
terms as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstance of the
case.
