Complaint Regarding Incomplete and Faulty Computer Delivery (Order No: 45891263)
Dear Mr. Perera,
We are writing to express our extreme disappointment with a recent order placed with Softlogic
Plc (Order No: 45891263). This order, confirmed for delivery in early February 2024, consisted
of 10 computers with accompanying accessories.
Unfortunately, upon delivery, we only received 5 computers. This falls significantly short of the
agreed-upon quantity and represents a major disruption to our business operations. We have
contacted you via text message earlier this month to inquire about the remaining 5 computers, but
we haven't received a response.
To compound this issue, further inspection revealed that 3 of the 5 delivered computers are faulty.
This not only leaves us with insufficient equipment but also adds the burden of additional repairs
or replacements.
We have valued our partnership with Softlogic Plc, and we are deeply disappointed by this
incomplete and faulty delivery. We kindly request a swift resolution to this matter. Ideally, we
would like the remaining 5 computers delivered promptly and in good working order. Additionally,
we request a solution for the 3 faulty computers we received. This could involve repairs,
replacements, or a partial refund.
