ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
DIVISION SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY FAIR 2023

The Division Science and Technology Fair 2023 is crucial as it promotes interest in STEM fields,
encourages critical thinking and problem-solving, enhances communication skills, builds confidence,
fosters collaboration, highlights the relevance of Science and Technology, identifies and nurtures
talent and engages the community.

As the Chairman for the creation of Souvenir Program, Tarpaulin and Certificates, I am pleased to
report the successful completion of all assigned tasks. The fair, scheduled for November 25, 2023, at
Salay National High School, promises to be an engaging and informative event for learners and
educators alike. I have worked diligently to ensure that materials are prepared to the highest standards,
reflecting the significant of this event.

To create the Souvenir Program, I collaborated with my one and only Canva Application to simplify
my work. I conducted several brainstorming ideas to outline the program’s structure, ensuring it
includes a detailed schedule of events, profiles and key speakers, and highlights of the various
exhibits. I also incorporated a section to acknowledge the contributions of sponsors and supporters.
After finalizing the content, I oversaw the design process, ensuring that the program is visually
appealing and informative. The final version has been printed after a thorough checking of the
Education Program Supervisor in the person of Maam Lilian Salan. This was then distributed to all 33
district participants and attendees.

For the Tarpaulin, I developed an eye-catching and informative design layout. The tarpaulin features
the event’s theme, date, and venue along with the logos of DepEd and Misamis Oriental. To ensure it
stand out, I selected vibrant color blue as this is the Division color together with a high-resolution
image. After several resolutions and approvals, the final design has been printed on durable material
and is ready to be displayed prominently at the event venue.

In preparing the certificates, I collaborated with my members. I honestly haven’t exerted so much
effort since my team had promised to do it on my absence. I just got so lucky to have such a
wonderful team for certificates.
