SUB - MONFORTS STENTER MACHINE AUTOMATION RETROFIT PANEL KIT.

Dear Sir,
We are pleased to offer our proven solution for complete retrofit of the stenter machine. The
details of machine control and features of our automation are as follows,

Our scope of Supply would include Complete Automation.

1. Existing Operating Console will be used, Industrial Rugged Panel Touch PC 15” . This
facilitates complete machine operation. The operator has to click the individual section
as displayed on main screen, the individual section pop ups and necessary variables such
as temperature, levels, Tension feeding, Blower speed, width etc. The operator enters
the same.
Machine all existing functions will be incorporate in new modified Automation kit

Existing remote operating console with modified controls for start stop, increase and decrease
would be provided so that the operator can control the machine most of the time.

The Speed in m/min and production would display.

All machine alarms and faults would be displayed for easy fault diagnosis

2. Building Main control Panel with systematic technical design.

3. Main Panel Hardware (excluding Panel Box) will consist of VFD with Bus bars, MCBS, SFU,
DOL’s for driving Scrolls, Beaters etc.
4. Main Panel Hardware will consist of PLC ABB MAKE with associated PLC hardware.

 5. Controlling the temperature PID action for Chambers, and indicating temperatures in them.
The Control Valves, will be switched According.

6. Commissioning of machine.

7. We have complied and considered most of the existing Instrumentation required for the
machine and automation, if any extra requirement arises or found out of order then it has to be
purchase by you.
