Respected sir,
I S.Sreenu working as Assistant Engineer Sub Division Eluru. On
30.07.2023 an accident happened while riding a bike, because of that accident my a heel
of left leg bone is broken. So i admitted the hospital for surgery of leg. The doctor
recommended take 4 months rest for faster recovery. Without completion of bed rest, i
was joined on duty and completed the pending works due to work load. Afterwards also,
my left foot getting pain when i was walking. During travelling the left leg hurts more
when I moving long distances for office purpose of the work. Again i consulted the
doctor says that avoid long distance travelling may it will create problem on the leg while
standing and don’t take any pressure on that leg.
So Please kindly with drawn the incharge duties for chintalapudi Nagar Panchayat. It was
nearly 50km from working place of the eluru. Because of this I find it very difficult to
monitor the works of chintalapudi nagar panchatyat.
