Job Title: Intern – Marketing (Campaign Management)

Duration:
Minimum 03 to 06 months

Responsibilities:

 Assist in the creation, scheduling, and deployment of email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns through our
CRM platform.
 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content for email and WhatsApp communications.
 Monitor campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and
provide insights for optimization.
 Segment customer lists based on demographics, behavior, and preferences to personalize marketing
communications.
 Conduct A/B testing on email and WhatsApp campaigns to optimize messaging and design.
 Assist in maintaining CRM data integrity, including updating contact information and managing subscription
preferences.
 Support the marketing team with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

 Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

 Strong interest in marketing and campaign management.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
 Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools) is
a plus.
 Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
