No:- 8 Of Pookkottukavu GP and it is included
in the sanctiond list of Pookkottukavu GP
Annual plan 2023-24 project no-171/23-24.As
per the annual plan an amount of Rs ;-100000/-
(Rs 0ne lakh only Only) has been alotted for this
work .This market is envisioned to sell
agricultural commodities. Seasonally, the
agricultural market is busy with buying and
selling.
At present, the market known as Gramina
Chantha is located on the side of the road that
runs from Pookotukavu to Kalikavu. An existing
wall with a height of 0.85 around it is used as a
seat and at the same time as a boundary. There is
access to the roads on both sides to the roads .
To close this access on the Kalikav Road side,
constructing a wall with DR masonry as
foundation and wall by using solid block. The
access to Ottapalam road side is half closed and
the wall is constructed using solid block with DR
masonry foundsation . Also items for proving a
gate at the entrance of this market are included in
the estimate.At present, items for concrete
(0.2*0.2*0.85m size )around the G pipe provided
as support for sheet roofing are also included in
the estimate.
The estimate is prepared based on DAR CIVIL
specification with the current Delhi schedule of
rate with a cost index of 34.75 % . The Project
Amount is 100000/- . The work will be carried
out as per standerd specification with contractors
OH and contractors Profit.

Government Procurement (e-GP) Website www.etenders.kerala.gov.in. All bid documents are to be
submitted online only and in the designated cover(s)/ envelope(s) on the e-GP website. Tenders/
bids shall be accepted only through online mode on the e-GP website and no manual submission of
the same shall be entertained. Late tenders will not be accepted. A bid submission fee shall be
remitted online during the time of bid submission.

Price Bid shall only be submitted through online.Details regarding remittance of Bid Submission
Fee and Bid Security, Bid preparation and submission are mentioned in the bid document.

The bids shall be opened online on 05-02-2024 at 14:00 at the office of the O/o Office of the
Assistant Engineer,LSGD Section Pookkottukavu in the presence of the Bidders /their authorized
representatives who wish to attend at the above address.If the tender opening date happens to be on

 a holiday or non-working day due to any other valid reason, the tender opening process will be done
on the next working day at same time and place.

All other existing conditions related to bidding in force in the Kerala Public Works Department will
be applicable in this tender also unless expressly defined in the bidding document. The Tender
Inviting Authority/Employer shall not be responsible for any failure, malfunction or breakdown of
the electronic system while downloading or uploading the documents by the Bidder during the e-
procurement process.Details required for e-payment (Details of bank account having core banking
facility and email addressof the bidder) shall be furnished along with the tender.Tenders not
accompanied by these details will be rejected. All subsequent Government orders connected to
tenders and any revision in the rates of taxes would also be applicable to this tender.
