Sub: Humble prayer for a sympathetic consideration of my case to transfer Govt. ANMTC, Jeypore, Dist-
Koraput from College of Nursing , Nabarangpur.

Respected sir,

With due respect and humble submission I would like to request you that I mrs. Ranjita
Bhanja, Tutor,College of Nursing Nabarangpur beg to state that I have been working as a Tutor at
DISTRIC GNMTC, Nabarangpur (Now upgraded as Govt. College of Nursing, Nabarangpur ) since dt 07.
11. 2017 till now. I have already been completed 29 years of services at KBK Districs. That my husband
and my two daughter are staying at Jeypore, Koraput. My husband is a diabetic patient and time to time
he is going to Bhubaneswar for his health checkup due to various health problems. My two daughters
are reading at Modern English School, Jeypore.My older daughter will be go to class 12 th in this year and
my younger daughter is in class 10th. While my husband is going for health check- up my daughters are
staying alone at jeypore as I am staying at Nabarangpur. During absence of my husband my daughters
are staying in unsafety condition. So my presence is extremely necessary near my childrens.

Therefore,I pray to kindly consider my case so that I shall be able to look after my ill husband and two
daughters in their crucial period. So I pray you to good and kind enough transfer me to ANMTC Jeypore
for which act of your kindness I shall ever greatful to you.
