 Directed a team of 20+ contractors for installation and commissioning of 100+ field instruments and DCS panel.
 Developed the format and published 30+ DPRs for tracking the progress & status of Instrumentation activities.
 Coordinated with teams of design engineering regarding any revisions or updates to the drawings provided.

Krishak Bharati Cooperative Limited, Surat Ammonia Plant Jan ’22 – Apr’22
 Explored Ammonia plant process, interlocks and requirement of Burner Management Systems to ensure efficiency in operations.
 Successfully developed and simulated Burner Management system logic in Yokogawa Centum VP DCS for monitoring and training.
 Part of successful development of Turbine speed governing system in DCS which provides faster response time and better control.
 Studied the necessity of Anti-Surge Compressor Control system which prevents flow reversal and damaging of mechanical parts.
 Configured DCS software on laptop, enabling hands-on training for configuring and simulating control loops and interlocks offline.

Rainfall Prediction using Machine Learning Techniques for Sabarmati River Basin Jan ’23
 Co-authored a Research Paper on JESTR on Rainfall Prediction using ML techniques for Sabarmati, Ahmedabad.
 Achieved rainfall predictability with an accuracy of 93%, 90% and 78.5% respectively on different techniques.
 Received a notable research impact score of 8, demonstrating significant influence through published research.

Water Distribution and Monitoring system using IoT Dec’21
Projects
 Built miniature working model demonstrating the functionality of Water distribution and monitoring system.
 This working model helps in identifying leaks, providing better maintenance and control of water distribution.
 Successfully simulated this system using SCADA explaining the logic behind the working of miniature model.
 Integrated working model with Wonderware InTouch software, facilitating real-time monitoring capabilities.
 Developed graphics and trends to monitor the dynamic condition of various parameters of the working model.
