PROGRAMME OF ACTTVITIES

I am pleased to inform you that the Director-General has approved the Passing-Out
of the 2023 Batch 'B' srream II corps members for Mqnday ??nd July. 2024. The
prqgraryme will be low-key.

2. Accordingly, below is the programme of activities:

i. Monday, I"st Friday, Sth July ZOZ4

(a) Release of Passing-Out Corps members by Employers
[b) .loU Awareness and Creation: Sensitization of Corps members on Job Creation/
Opportunities after service. This will be done at the Local Government level,
using relevant officers/ITIYSC/NDE officers.

ii. Monday 8th - Friday LZrh July,2AZ4

(a) Registration/Clearing of Corps members by Local Government Inspecrors

(b) Signing of final dearance by Zanallnspectors
(C) Administration of Questionnaire (Form 48) on 30% of the passing-out corps
members.

iii" Monday, 1sth - Thursday, 18th July, 2A24

(a) Signing of final clearance by Zonal lnspectors

(b) Administration of Questionnaire (Form 48) on 30% of the passing-out corps
members.

iv. Friday, 19th November, 2024

(a) Signing of final clearance by Zonal lnspectors

V Monday, 22nd July, 2024

(a) Distribution of Certificates of National $ervice to deserving Corps members at

Local Government level.

3. Please, note that officers from the Planning, Research and $tatistics Department
will be on ground to monitor the programme.
