Dear Parents

We are happy to welcome our young children back from their summer vacation on Tuesday, July 2,
2024. We hope that they had a good time of rest, activities, bonding with family and making happy
memories.

It is now time to get back to the rigor of the academic year with hardwork, consistency and discipline. To
ensure soomth and seamless transition to the school schedule, please make a note of the following:

1. The following are the dispersal timings for all the classes:
a) Classes 1 and 2 to be dispersed from gate no. 1 at 1.30 pm
b) Classes 3 to 5 to be dispersed from gate no. 2 at 1.30 pm
c) Classes 6 to 8 to be dispersed from gate no. 1 at 2.00 pm
d) Classes 9 to 12 to be dispersed from gate no. 2 at 2.00 pm

2. Please ensure that your child has completed all the homework, assignments and submits them
on the date assigned.
3. It must be ensure that students are dressed in proper school uniform with neatly polished shoes
and hair combed properly. No fancy hair cut and hairstyles are allowed. No mobile phones,
jewelry, fancy watches or smart watches are allowed in the school premises. If caught it would
returned only after March 31, 2025.
4. Please note that the school timings are 7.50 am onwards. No child will be allowed inside the
premises after 8.00 am.
5. Please ensure that all the dues have been cleared from your end to enable your child to
continue their education experience in the school.
