Organization Name: "International Development Mission" Inc. (3IDM affiliated

with International Broadcasting Network, 3IBN.)

The History of 3IDM:

Pastor David Gonzalez, retired director from the Spanish radio drama "Tu Historia
Preferida," a subsidiary of "Your Story Hour," Inc., a non-profit Christian organization
established for over 50 years in Berrien Springs, Michigan.

First Steps:

Following Pastor Gonzalez's retirement in 2005, a new vision emerged to continue his call to
serve God. Thus, he initiated a non-profit organization called "International Development
Mission" Inc. This organization aimed to address various spiritual needs among children and
youth in Hispanic communities.

Geographical insights gained from Pastor Gonzalez's previous work, particularly during his
tenure with Your Story Hour, helped identify the priorities within these communities.

Reaching Methods and Accumulation of Materials:

Building upon his 26 years of experience, Pastor Gonzalez, along with other enthusiastic
partners, began developing productive methods and activities. Initially, the plan was to establish
a radio station to disseminate messages of hope and salvation. However, due to insurmountable
resource constraints, this plan did not materialize.

New Directions:

Following this discouraging experience and after a very intense season of

prayer, GOD directed us to speak with Pr. Manuel Núñez, who had recently
come from Venezuela. Pr. Núñez was a skilled radio speaker and put us into
contact with Jorge Rojas Velásquez in Ecuador. Jorge, an experienced radio
professional, became instrumental in exploring alternative avenues for
broadcasting.

The Emergence of 3IBN:

Subsequently, discussions shifted towards leveraging digital platforms instead of traditional FM

radio, allowing for broader global outreach. Thus, the groundwork for the International
Broadcast

 Network (3IBN) was laid. With Jorge's expertise, 3IBN commenced
its 24/7 digital broadcasting, expanding into television production
and additional programming.

Expanding Outreach Efforts:

Driven by a fervent desire to reach more souls with the message of Christ, initiatives such as
seminars, radio evangelism campaigns, and special programs were launched across continents.

Seminars led by church leaders from North America,

South America, Spain, and our speaker, Pastor Rojas,
have been conducted in various locations in Ecuador,
including the Ecuadorian SDA College and SDA School
in Guayaquil. Additionally, sessions have been held via
Zoom in Central America, New Zealand, and Spain.
Notably, the last session took place in Pastor Rojas's
beloved church, New Alborada, one of the main SDA
churches in Guayaquil, Ecuador.
Furthermore, special radio evangelism campaigns have
been organized, focusing on Last Events and other programs aimed at preparing our audience for
future baptisms.
Current Projects:
1. Establishment of the 3IBN School of Communications, offering missionary radio
correspondent courses and specialized seminars.

2. Creation of the quarterly magazine "Un Nuevo Día" (A New Day), distributed digitally
and in print sent from Guayaquil and our U.S. offices, to thousands of subscribers.

3. Expansion of 3IBN retransmit stations across 17 countries, facilitated by dedicated

volunteers. The recent launch of a 4-page news letter is reaching many souls in the U.S.
and other countries.

Sustained by Faith:

At the core of 3IBN's mission is unwavering faith in God's guidance and provision by giving us
new opportunities to be more effective with the preaching of the gospel. We believe that it’s “for
this time that we have been given the technology and the knowledge to share the Gospel of
Christ.” It is due to this mutual effort with the LORD that many people have not surrendered to
evil yet.

 We are surrounded with countless candidates for the kingdom of
heaven who still need to be reached! And 3IDM-3IBN remains
committed to fulfilling this Great Commission.

Small Groups & Children’s Program Initiative:

The initiative to expand our outreach has already commenced,

harnessing the enthusiasm and dedication of our general directors and missionary radio
correspondents across numerous countries. This endeavor aligns with the plan mandated by our
Savior and Master, urging us to organize Small Groups in collaboration with local church
leaders.

The greatest response to date is taking place is our children’s programming division. As
successful as the small groups have been none has had greater impact. One notable achievement
by 3IDM-3IBN is the successful completion of a significant project, fulfilling the mandate of
Jesus by establishing a new Digital Children's Small Group/Club (Pequeños Grupos Infantiles).
This initiative targets children aged 6-12, preparing them for future involvement in local church
activities and baptisms. The club structure comprises 4 Levels of semi-dramatic digital colorful
Bible lessons divided into 4 quarters, which takes 1 year to complete. Children are given four
levels of activities, individual IDs --for both church attending and community children, and
engaging semi-dramatic digital Bible lessons. Additionally, well-structured resources such as
instructional materials for teachers and musical accompaniments for children's choirs with their
correspondent music tracks, are provided.

Furthermore, our Small Groups projects encompass pre-baptismal and post-baptismal reunion
programs for adults, all accessible in a digital format via pen drives. So, we are preparing and
equipping mission minded people by giving them the necessary tools to spread the Good News
in this modern era.

A Call to Action:
The 3IDM-3IBN group aims to extend the opportunity to participate
in this profound divine plan, touching the hearts of people
worldwide with the hope of salvation. There is ample evidence that
in any human philosophy, true and complete happiness remains
elusive. Amidst the existence of pain, suffering, and death, the
solution lies solely in Christ Jesus—He is the only way.
