 Recruitment and selection , job roles for HR manager, designation and hierarchy
 Job description creating ( HR manager, Operations manager, Admin manager)
 Details about hedge company and the classes of hedge group of companies
 ARM holding news , Japanese markets, why soft banks?
 KRA, differentiate KRA and designations, different designations of financial services
 Psychometric test for employees
 Analyzing the job descriptions of marketing councellor, equity advisor, junior research
analyst cum faculty, wealth management executive, area manager
 Resume collection for general -35, experienced -10, certified-5
 Job offer letter preparation, preparing emailer regarding job offer, creating a checklist for
joining documents
 Performance appraisal and KRI template creation
 Preparing of a check list of core competencies needed in BFSI , prepare a competency
dictionary and using mind mapping tool work on competency mapping
 Calling for interview scheduling and tag them to the online or offline interview
 Called about 200 candidates and tagged 2 online interview and 1 offline interview
 Preparing internship report
 Calling 50 clients that applied and not attended for the crash courses provided by hedge.
Calling them to complete the 45 days course like a re-appearing option.
 Preparing the log book

Conclusion
From the works and activities given by our guide Rajanikanth sir from the hedge equities,
palarivattom to study the communication skills, client dealing, recruitment and selection process,
interview scheduling was successfully completed . The work environment and facilities was opted for
the organization. The knowledge and skill from the hedge equities was ereally helpful for future
goals and career.
