The Patna High Court proposes to launch the Digital Law Reports on the
Patna High Court Website for the purpose of publishing the Patna High Court
Judgments, having Neutral Citation and other Judgments with Head-Notes in
English and Hindi which would facilitate young Lawyers, who are unable to pay for
high priced law journals, Law Students, Law Professors and comrrron citizen to
acquaint themselves with the law. Litigants will also be in a position to understand
the judgments. Therefore, the Patna High Court invites online applications from
persons having experience of 3-5 years of preparing Headnotes in Hindi/ English
with reputed Law Journals/ Publishers as well as from retired Judicial Officers,
Lawyers, retired and serving Assistant Public Prosecutors, retired and serving Law
Professors, for engagement as "Reporter" with the Patna High Court, Patna for a
period of 05 years for preparation of Headnotes for the Judgments as may be given
by the Patna High Court, under the terms and conditions as mentioned below :-

Willing candidates who meet the abovementioned criteria may apply online
through the link provided on the official website i.e. www.patnahishcourt.gov.in
only. The link shall remain active from LO.O4.2024 to 2O.O4.2024. Any application
submitted through any other mode or upon expiry of the stipulated period shall
not be accepted.
Application once submitted successfully cannot be changed/ altered and no
communication in this regard shall be entertained. Therefore, the candidates must
check the correctness of the particulars they fill before finally submitting the
application form. A copy of the successfully submitted application form is required
to be retained by the candidates.
Candidates are advised to keep visiting the website of the Court for further
details and updates.
The High Court reserves the right to resolve and make any modifications as
deemed fit in the aforementioned conditions in the interest of Court's
administration.
