8.00 to 9.00 AM -- Revision Time

9.00 to 9.20 AM – BREAK TIME (SNACKS BREAK)

9.20 to 9.30 AM – Attendance (to be registered in the sheet)

9.30 to 9.35 A.M – Distribution of the question Papers

9.35 to 9.45 AM – Reading Time

9.45 to 12.15 PM – Exam Time

12.15 to 12.30 – LUNCH BREAK

Dispersal of students will start at 12.30 PM

TIME TABLE SCHEDULE FOR GRADE I TO IV :

12.30 to 1.10 PM – 6th Period

1.10 to 1.50 PM – 7th Period

1.50 to 2.35 PM – 8th Period

NOTE TO TEACHERS :

Teachers are requested to submit the papers to the following designated area
immediately after the exam:

ii) Teachers staff room (second floor) ,(GIRLS) :V,VI,VIIA

(Floor Incharge: Sindhu.m)

Floor in charge will be assisted by relievers & exam cell in distribution and
collection of papers.
