Job description for Sponsorship Sales at Hurun India

What You'll Do:

• Sell sponsorship packages for Hurun events, leveraging your sales and interpersonal
skills to engage prospects and drive closures.
• Research and identify leads for corporate sponsorships, negotiating contracts with
prospective clients.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule, preparing weekly
and monthly status reports.
• Coordinate sales efforts with the department head, analyzing market potential and
staying abreast of promotional trends.
• Travel as necessary to cultivate relationships and secure sponsorship opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience in event sales and sponsorship, with 0 to 3 years of work experience.


• Exceptional communication skills and a proactive, results-driven approach.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities to align with Hurun Report's ambitious vision in
India.
• A "go-getter" attitude with a passion for driving impactful change.
Education:

While we value attitude above all else, candidates with excellent academic qualifications are
preferred, as they often demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and dedication.

• Research and identify leads for corporate sponsorships.
