1. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Report
Introduction:
The User Acceptance Testing (UAT) was conducted to validate the functionality, usability, and
performance of the integrated web-based platform designed for the management of test and
training administration, registration processes, and various web and mobile application
functionalities. The testing aimed to ensure that the platform meets the specified requirements
and is ready for deployment.
Scope:

Test Cases:
A comprehensive set of test cases were executed, covering the core functionalities and
scenarios of the integrated platform. The test cases included positive and negative scenarios
to ensure a thorough assessment.
Test Results:
The candidate registration process was tested from start to finish, including data entry,
validation, and submission.
Core web application features, such as test/training selection, calendar view, and resource
access, were tested successfully.
All functionalities related to the web application were found to be functional and stable.
Admin Functionalities:
Admin features like user management, test scheduling, and content uploading were
thoroughly tested.
The mobile app features, including supervisor login, browsing test details, viewing candidate
list, checking in and uploading candidate photographs, were tested comprehensively.

All mobile app functionalities were functional and responsive.
Conclusion:
The User Acceptance Testing was largely successful, with the integrated platform
demonstrating stable functionality, usability, and performance.
Approval:
The software is recommended for deployment based on the successful results of the User
Acceptance Testing.
