1. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Report

Project: CTMS (Integrated Web-Based Platform for Test/Training Management and

Registration)

Duration of Testing: 1st March, 2023 to 8th July, 2023

Tested by: Darryl Lee, Selina Tan and Jessie Cheong

Introduction:

The User Acceptance Testing (UAT) was conducted to validate the functionality, usability, and
performance of the integrated web-based platform designed for the management of test and
training administration, registration processes, and various web and mobile application
functionalities. The testing aimed to ensure that the platform meets the specified requirements
and is ready for deployment.

Scope:

The UAT covered the following areas of the integrated platform:

• Candidate Registration Flow

• Web Application Functionalities
• Admin Functionalities
• Mobile Application Functionalities

Testing Approach:

The testing approach included:

Functional testing to verify that all features work as intended.

Usability testing to assess the user-friendliness of the applications.

Performance testing to evaluate the responsiveness and stability.

Compatibility testing to confirm cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

Test Cases:

A comprehensive set of test cases were executed, covering the core functionalities and
scenarios of the integrated platform. The test cases included positive and negative scenarios
to ensure a thorough assessment.

Test Results:

The UAT yielded the following results:

Candidate Registration Flow:

The candidate registration process was tested from start to finish, including data entry,
validation, and submission.

All steps of the registration flow worked as expected.

No critical defects were found.

Web Application Functionalities:

Core web application features, such as test/training selection, calendar view, and resource
access, were tested successfully.

All functionalities related to the web application were found to be functional and stable.

Admin Functionalities:

Admin features like user management, test scheduling, and content uploading were
thoroughly tested.

All admin functionalities worked without any critical issues.

Mobile Application Functionalities:

The mobile app features, including supervisor login, browsing test details, viewing candidate
list, checking in and uploading candidate photographs, were tested comprehensively.

All mobile app functionalities were functional and responsive.

Conclusion:

The User Acceptance Testing was largely successful, with the integrated platform
demonstrating stable functionality, usability, and performance.

Approval:

The software is recommended for deployment based on the successful results of the User
Acceptance Testing.
