Subject: Permission for organizing the technical symposium.

Respected Ma’am,

I, Anup Patil , coordinator of CESA requesting on behalf of all students that we are
planning to organize a technical symposium for the Civil engineering students on the
occasion of engineer’s day. In which students can show their talent & skills by presenting
Civil design-oriented projects which they have made. To appreciate their efforts, they will be
honored with a prize.

Our CESA team is looking forward for your permission on this, so that we can go
ahead with the rest of the plans. The team will highly appreciate if you allow this event to
take place in college. Our CESA team has put all the arrangements in place and that includes
the guests we intend to invite and the date of the event which is 15 Sept. 2022. These guests
include ‘General Manager of Building Association of India’. The conference hall of Civil
department will be perfect place to conduct this event and time for this event will be from 11
am to 4 pm.

We have prepared tentative budget for technical symposium. It covers expenses for
the project arrangement, refreshment, etc. which is Rs.15000/-.For this idea to come into
existence, we require your permission to conduct this technical symposium.
