A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A L3

You being a L3 associate of Lodha Group, are the backbone of our organisation. It is very
important that the day spent by you at site is very gainfully & efficiently planned. You are
well aware that Improper Planning / Resource Management and lack of Monitoring &
Control leads to delays, quality/ safety violations & escalated costs. This eventually leads to
customer dissatisfaction & adversely affects our Brand Image.
In a Township project, you are In-charge of 4 towers, progress of which is as under: -
a) Tower 1: Has just been launched on 18 June’24 & excavation started.
b) Tower 2: Ready for initiation of MEP & finishing works in next 7 days.
c) Tower 3: Finishing, MEP works & handing over is in progress.
d) Tower 4: CFO Inspection is planned on 28 June’24 & the Tower is to be made ready for
Customer Visit ensuring livability aspects are completed.
1. How will you plan the following: -
a. Tower 1: Work out the dates for plinth completion & up to 3rd Slab.
b. Tower 2: Discuss the preparatory action you will take for initiating MEP & finishing
works.
c. Tower 3: Discuss the reasons for repeated snagging & how would you aim at snag-free
handover.
d. Tower 4:
i. You have one month left for the CFO inspection. How will you ensure successful
CFO visit?
ii. What do you understand by liveability & aspects you will ensure for a pleasant
customer visit?

2. Describe in detail how do you plan your day at site w.r.t your work and time allocation
with various stakeholders.
