ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITHOUT PREJUDICE

This day there came on to be heard the motion of the Clerk of this
Court to dismiss the above styled and referenced case, without prejudice,
pursuant to Rule 41(d)(1) of the Mississippi Rules of Civil Procedure; and
the Court, finding that this case is a pending civil action wherein no action
of record has been taken during the preceding twelve (12) months, and that
no good cause was shown why said cause should be continued as a pending
case, that said motion should be and is hereby sustained.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above

entitled and numbered case be, and the same is hereby, dismissed without
prejudice.
