Interview Guide

We are the student of Service Management Student of Laurea University of Applied Sciences.
In fulfilment of Understanding Customer Behaviour coursework, we are going to conduct a
study to find out the potential customer and identify their behaviour during the shopping time.
It would be helpful for us if you give your valuable time for five minutes interview. The aim
of the interview is to gather data for study purpose. We assure that your privacy would be
protected, and the interview is an anonymous. Finally, we would like to thank you for
