MOBILIZATION PLAN

The Mobilization plan starts right after the completion of all required
MUMI Safety inductions.
It comprises Site Establishment, solid barricading, scaffolding erection and is due to
last 6 days.
The Project Manager, the Site supervisor and the Safety officer are all accountable
on the execution of present Method Statement.

A proper plan should be discussed with the Project Sponsor to remove MUMI
personnel and materials from the store, to allow Construction works.

1. Site Establishment

This phase consists of establishing the working area, after a proper


risk assessment has been conducted and approved by the client. Following actions
will be taken at this stage:

• The Start and end time of site will be as per the MUMI working calendar.
• Transportation for the personnel should be insured.
• A solid barricade should be erected along site perimeter.
• A temporary ablution facility will be installed on site
• A 6ft container shall be installed at the work area as store and temporary shed
for the personnel

2. Scaffolding Erection

q u a l i fie d scaffolders as p e r MU M I supervision.
All fall protection equipment shall be installed as lifeline, blockers, safety
ropes, etc.

REMOVAL OF EXISTING ROOF THATCHING AND WOODEN FLOOR;


RETHATCHING OF THE ROOF, INSTALLATION FOR NEW WOODEN FLOOR.

1. Removal existing roof thatching and wooden floor

All damage roof thatching and wooden floor shall be ripped out and
carefully sent down using a safe rope to a dedicated offloading area.
Industrial waste materials shall then be disposed in a yellow skip.

2. Roof thatching and wooden floor replacement

New thatching of the roof will be put on the club house. Including the
supply of all necessary fasteners, cutting and notching as per MUMI specification shall
be purchased, shipped to site, installed and secured.

Roof thatch will be loaded using a forklift or manually with safe rope. A
sufficient number of workers shall be appointed for loading operations if done manually.
New thatch will be replaced simultaneously with damage thatch removal.
For one part of damage thatch removed, a new part of thatch is immediately replaced,
to mitigate big openings and fall hazards.

After the roof thatch is completed, next step in the construction sequence will be to
removed and replace. Same sequence will be observed as for roof thatching.

3. Others work
New concrete will be pouring in place and will supply and install a
drainage for rainwater left side of the club house.
We will supply too paint for painting the refurbishment of balcony guardrails and metal
structures

4. Demobilization

At the completion of the work. A final inspection shall be conducted


internally by the Quality Control Officer, then only shall EPBC SARL inform MUMI
Supervision for the client inspection or Punchlist.

After the work is accepted by MUMI Supervisor, the scaffolding shall be disassembled,
and the site cleared.

Housekeeping is to be maintained at all-time throughout the construction


phase.
