Information formed in Akron, Ohio in 2001. Consisting of Dan
Auerbach and Patrick Carney, the group emerged as
one of the most popular garage rock artists during
the genre's revival in the 2010s. Their album Brothers
won three Grammy Awards along with its popular
single "Tighten Up," and their follow up album El
Camino with its hit single "Lonely Boy" won another
three Grammy Awards. The group have released
seven full-length albums and have participated in
several other projects.
