New Branded Fares - Main Changes

● All fares allow date changes before flight departure, with or without payment of charge depending on the fare
family.

● Premium Economy, Premium Business and Full allow 100% refund. While Basic, Light and Standard do not allow
refunds.

● The refund of fees and taxes for all fares applies in accordance with current local regulations, regardless of
whether or not a refund of the fare is allowed.

● Seat selection is included in the following brands: Full, Premium Economy and Premium Business.

● All branded fares except Basic allow an upgrade application, subject to the rules of this process.

● The conditions at the time of ticket issuance will be respected for all tickets issued before the changes in our
branded fare families.

These changes will be implemented on October 9, 2023. We will keep you posted if there are any change to the release
date for each market.
