REGISTRATION/ENROLLMENT
GUIDELINES
1.Online Registration/Enrollment for the 2024 QAR Program
will start on July 1 up to December 31, 2023. Please follow
the registration/enrollment schedule below-

● Those whose BOA accreditation will expire in any

months of 2024 will register/enroll in July and August.
● Those whose BOA accreditation will expire in any
months of 2025 will register/enroll in September and
October.
● Those whose BOA accreditation will expire in any
months of 2026 will register/enroll in November and
December.
● New Registrants may enroll from July 1 - December 31.
2. Non-compliance of the annual registration/enrollment
shall be ground for the imposition of fines or the
non-renewal, suspension or revocation of the CPA
Practitioner’s accreditation with the BOA.
3.The online registration/enrollment shall be completed by
the authorized representative of the Firm or the designated
individual responsible for the system of quality management.
4. Go to the QAR Office website
(https://qaroffice.com) and click
Register Now on the Navigation
Bar or click the QAR Online
Registration Form link below .

5. Read the Privacy Notice
Agreement and check the box
to proceed.
6. Please complete all information required in the Online
Registration Form and provide active and valid email address
of the Contact Person.
7. Some guidance in completing the form
8. After completing the Online Registration form and before
clicking the submit button, please check the accuracy and
completeness of all information provided.
9.Please be informed that the amount of registration fee will
depend upon the accuracy and completeness of information
provided.

10. After completing the Online Enrollment Form, you will receive a notice of successful
submission.

For the next step, you will receive a Billing Statement for the payment of the Annual
Registration fee from the QAR Office. Enrollment will be completed after payment of
the registration fee to:

Please send scanned validated deposit slip indicating the name of the registrant
CPA Firm and enrollment number (as indicated in the Billing Statement) to
collection@qaroffice.com.
