Luzon-Visayas Supply, Demand, and Price1 [26 Apr to 16 Jul 2023] to cold weather
brought by

SPC was imposed due to sustained high prices brought by forced and planned outages in Drop in demand in celebration of Increase in demand due to high monsoon enhanced
